LineEquation provides advanced data engineering, AI modeling, and enterprise analytics solutions. Our services are designed to translate complex technologies into actionable business solutions. Specific deliverables and SLAs will be outlined in separate Master Service Agreements (MSAs).

As a user of our site and services, you agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our proprietary AI models and algorithms.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any destructive code into our systems.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of LineEquation or any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, algorithms, codebases, and functionality on this website and within our SaaS/PaaS offerings are the exclusive property of LineEquation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Client data processed by our tools remains the property of the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LineEquation, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
