This Speak Up Policy (Whistleblower Policy) empowers employees, contractors, partners, and clients to report suspected unethical behavior, illegal activities, or policy violations without fear of retaliation.

2. What Should Be Reported?

You are encouraged to report any conduct that you believe, in good faith, violates our ethical standards, including but not limited to:

• Fraud, corruption, or financial malpractice.
• Violations of data privacy or information security protocols.
• Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe working conditions.
• Unethical use of AI technologies or data sets.
• Conflicts of interest or breaches of legal compliance.

Please provide as much specific detail as possible (dates, times, individuals involved) to facilitate a thorough investigation.

4. Non-Retaliation Guarantee

LineEquation strictly prohibits any form of retaliation, harassment, or adverse employment action against anyone who makes a good faith report under this policy or participates in an investigation. Any employee found engaging in retaliatory behavior will be subject to severe disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

5. Investigation Process

All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated promptly, impartially, and thoroughly. If the report is not anonymous, we will provide updates on the investigation's progress as appropriate.
